This year's Christmas lunch can be very special. Our Christmas lunch is prepared with time, care and love for seasonal produce. Everything is ** 100% organic** and carefully composed to give you the classic Christmas scents and flavours — with new, fresh interpretations — that can be served on platters at the table or as a buffet.

We offer two flavors: classic and vegetarian. Whatever you choose, the menu is created to gather colleagues or family and friends around the table and share the warm, familiar taste of Christmas.

Choose between vegetarian and regular menu and order from 10 envelopes, delivered or picked up hot and ready to put on the table.

What's included

Classic Christmas lunch menu:

Starter:

  • Sourdough bread and rye bread from Perron

  • Curry herring with apple, pickled onions, cornichons, capers and cress.

  • Chicken salad with fried mushrooms, coarse mustard and fresh herbs.

  • Graved salmon with dill, smoked cheese cream, pickled currants and salted cucumber

Main Dish:

  • Organic confit duck leg with orange and hot spices

  • Andean sauce

  • Classic red cabbage topped with grated orange peel and smoked almonds

  • Kale salad with grilled onions, lingonberries, roasted rye kernels and apple vinaigrette

  • Roasted potatoes with browned butter and thyme

Dessert:

  • Risalamande with cherry sauce and toasted almonds

Vegetarian Christmas Lunch Menu:

Starter:

  • Sourdough bread and rye bread from Perron

  • Baked yellow beets with apple, pickled onions, cornichons, capers and cress.

  • Parsley roots with fried mushrooms, coarse mustard and fresh herbs.

  • Raw pickled beets with smoked cheese cream, pickled currants and salted cucumber

Main Dish:

  • Braised butternut squash with orange and hot spices

  • Sauce nage on apple cider

  • Classic red cabbage topped with grated orange peel and smoked almonds

  • Kale salad with grilled onions, lingonberries, roasted rye kernels and apple vinaigrette

  • Roasted potatoes with browned butter and thyme

Dessert:

  • Risalamande with cherry sauce and toasted almonds

Christmas lunch is part of “BaneGardens Mad out of the House” .

Min. total number of adult envelopes: 10 envelopes — choose between vegetarian and regular menu.

Children under 11 half price — choose number of children

Pick-up and Delivery:

  • Pick up at BaneGarden, warm; 16-17.30

  • Delivered to you, hot; 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 5:30-6:30 p.m.
