New potatoes with mustard vinaigrette, radishes, spring onions and bay leaf.
Grilled green and white asparagus with gremolata.
Summer cabbage with browned butter, lemon zest, capers and shallots.
Green salad with fresh peas, pickled red onions, grandma dressing and herbs.
